Jansen Carver provides healthcare regulatory and transactional counsel as it relates to mergers, acquisitions, compliance and operational matters.
Jansen earned a law degree from the University of Tennessee College of Law where he served as the articles editor of the Tennessee Law Review and as executive editor of the Tennessee Journal of Leadership, Law, and Policy. Following law school, Jansen was a legal intern at Acadia Healthcare where he worked on operational issues for the company. During law school, he was a judicial extern for Judge Thomas R. Frierson II of the Tennessee Court of Appeals and a legal intern with the Tennessee Higher Education Commission. Jansen earned an undergraduate degree in political science from Tennessee Tech University.
