Olivia earned a law degree from the University of Memphis Cecil C. Humphreys School of Law where she served as the articles editor of The University of Memphis Law Review. During law school she served as a judicial extern to the Honorable Mark S. Norris of the U.S. District Court, Western District of Tennessee. Olivia earned an undergraduate degree in political science from Arkansas State University.
