Jerome Fuller counsels clients on corporate and securities issues including mergers and acquisitions, capital markets transactions, and securities regulations matters and filings. In addition, he represents private equity firms and portfolio companies in various transactions.
Jerome earned a law degree from Vanderbilt Law School and an undergraduate degree in government and politics from St. John’s University. He previously served as a law clerk for Chief Judge Waverly D. Crenshaw, Jr. of the U.S. District Court, Middle District of Tennessee, and as a judicial intern with the New York Supreme Court and the Long Island City Courthouse. Jerome is fluent in French and has immediate proficiency in Spanish.
