Jenny Hill counsels clients on corporate and securities issues including mergers and acquisitions, capital markets transactions, and securities regulations matters and filings. In addition, she represents private equity firms and portfolio companies in various transactions.
Jenny earned a law degree from Pepperdine University Caruso School of Law and an undergraduate degree in health promotion and disease prevention from the University of Southern California. During law school, Jenny served as associate editor of the Pepperdine Law Review
