John Ryan Isaacson focuses on representing private equity firms, public corporations, private companies and private equity investment funds in debt financing transactions. His practice includes representing borrowers and lenders in financing transactions, including term loan facilities, asset based financings, revolving credit facilities and real estate financing transactions. Additionally, John Ryan counsels private equity sponsors on acquisition facilities, capital call facilities and credit facilities for their portfolio companies.
Prior to joining Bass, Berry & Sims, John Ryan was an associate at Kirkland & Ellis LLP in its Houston office. He earned a law degree from the University of Virginia School of Law and an undergraduate degree in international studies from Baylor University. John Ryan received a Fulbright award and taught English in Germany.
