Tilghman Kazmierowicz (Kaz) advises clients on real estate and debt finance transactions including:
- Representing developers, investors and owners in the acquisition, financing, disposition, and leasing of real property.
- Negotiating and drafting office leases, retail leases, subleases and amendments for landlords and tenants.
- Representing borrowers and lenders in financing transactions, including acquisition and construction loans, term loan facilities, asset-based secured financings and revolving credit facilities.
Kaz also collaborates with the firm’s Corporate & Securities Practice Group on corporate transactions, such as mergers and acquisitions, for public and private companies, which involve financing and real estate issues.
Kaz earned a law degree from Vanderbilt Law School where he served as articles editor for the Vanderbilt Journal of Entertainment & Technology Law. He earned a Master of Business Administration with concentrations in finance and real estate from Vanderbilt University Owen Graduate School of Management and a Bachelor of Science in business from Indiana University Kelley School of Business with concentrations in economic consulting and business analytics.
Prior to attending law school, Kaz served as a consultant at PwC where he assisted clients with project management and data analysis.
