Hannah Lamb represents clients on a broad range of intellectual property matters involving the development, transfer and licensing of technology and IP. She helps clients protect their IP assets, representing them in a variety of transactions, including advising on the IP aspects of mergers and acquisitions, licensing and service agreements, and strategic relationships. Hannah also advises clients on compliance with domestic and international privacy regulations, including the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), the EU’s General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and ever-evolving domestic privacy frameworks.
Hannah earned a law degree from the University of Mississippi School of Law and Bachelor of Accountancy from the University of Mississippi.
