Brooke Meadowcroft focuses her practice on antitrust and competition matters, representing clients in government investigations, litigation, and regulatory reviews. She assists companies in navigating complex competition issues and supports matters across a range of industries, with a concentration on healthcare.
Prior to joining Bass, Berry & Sims, Brooke was a litigation associate at Dechert LLP in Washington, D.C. She earned a law degree from Wake Forest University School of Law and an undergraduate degree in public policy from the University of Maryland. During law school, Brooke served as a legal intern at the Office of the Bankruptcy Administrator for the Middle District of North Carolina.
