Russ Miller is the chair of the firm’s Public Finance Group. In his practice he represents banks, underwriters, nonprofits and governmental entities in connection with tax-exempt and taxable bond transactions. Since 2020, he has closed approximately $500 million in bond transactions for nonprofit colleges and universities. He has also closed nearly $1 billion in nonprofit hospital bond transactions and more than 50 direct placement bank transactions for governmental and nonprofit entities in the last three years.
