Tyler Ventura provides healthcare regulatory and transactional counsel as it relates to mergers, acquisitions, compliance and operational matters.
Tyler earned a law degree from the University of North Carolina School of Law and an undergraduate degree in peace, war and defense and modern European history from the University of North Carolina. During law school, he worked as a law clerk within the Office of the General Counsel at the U.S. Department of Commerce. Prior to law school, Tyler also worked as a health insurance specialist with the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS), Center for Consumer Information and Insurance Oversight. Tyler has a working proficiency of the Ukrainian and Spanish languages.
