Patrick Zinck represents companies on a range of antitrust matters, including merger reviews conducted by the U.S. Department of Justice (DOJ) and the Federal Trade Commission (FTC), domestic and international antitrust litigation, and government investigations. His work crosses many industries, including healthcare, energy, and retail.
Prior to joining Bass, Berry & Sims, Patrick was an associate at Hogan Lovells in its Washington, D.C. office advising clients on international and domestic competition laws. Patrick earned a law degree from Columbia Law School and an undergraduate degree with majors in political science and women’s & gender studies from Vanderbilt University. During law school, Patrick was a pro bono scholar with the New York Lawyers for the Public Interest and a summer legal intern with the 15th Judicial District Public Defender’s Office in Lafayette, Louisiana.
